To honor outstanding Latino leaders, professionals, students, and allies who contribute to the social, cultural, and economic advancement of New Jersey’s communities.

MISSION
The mission of Top Latinos of New Jersey is to highlight and document Latino achievement while strengthening cultural pride and civic engagement statewide. The event serves as a bridge between local government, academia, and the private sector, creating visibility for the Latino community’s contributions and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Current Phase: 3 presential events.
Recent Achievements: Recognized 100 Latinos and community allies in 2024, with statewide press coverage.
Upcoming Goals: Launch the “Top Latino Students” category and expand media broadcast and digital reach.
