OBJECTIVE
To inspire Latino youth in the U.S. and Latin America to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through exposure, mentorship, and experiential learning.
MISSION
The International Youth STEM Initiative fosters curiosity, creativity, and collaboration across borders. It connects Latino students to corporate partners like Google and Bristol Myers Squibb, allowing them to explore how technology can drive positive change in their communities
through hackathons, coding labs, and international STEM workshops.
TATUS
- Current Phase: Preparing 2025 Google Hackathon and cross-border mentorships.
- Recent Achievements: Conducted student
visits to Google NYC and STEM exchanges
with schools in El Salvador, Guatemala,
and Colombia. - Upcoming Goals: Launch STEM Ambassadors Program linking high-performing Latino students across the Americas.
